Welcome to Dashlyn.io. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services. By using Dashlyn.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us” – refers to Dashlyn.io and its parent/affiliated companies.
“Client”, “you”, “your” – refers to the individual or entity using our services.
“Platform” – refers to Dashlyn.io’s SaaS-based PAM (Player Account Management) system, including CRM, gamification, bonus management, AI campaign tools, and related services.
“Content” – all text, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, and other material provided by us or uploaded by you.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you represent a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Dashlyn.io provides:
CRM & Gamification tools for iGaming businesses
Bonus & rewards management
AI-powered marketing campaigns
Agent & affiliate management
Player lifecycle analytics
We provide these services on a subscription and/or license basis.
Upon subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform.
You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or distribute our software without written consent.
All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Dashlyn.io.
You agree to:
Use the Platform only for lawful iGaming operations and in compliance with applicable gambling laws in your jurisdiction.
Ensure your own compliance with KYC, AML, GDPR, and any local gaming authority regulations.
Maintain the security of your account credentials.
Fees are as per your chosen subscription or license agreement.
Payments are due in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in service suspension.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your players before processing their data through our Platform.
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
You may not:
Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activity.
Upload or distribute harmful software.
Attempt to bypass security features or access data you do not own.
All software, designs, logos, and content remain our exclusive property.
You may use our branding only with prior written approval.
The Platform is provided “as is” and we make no warranties beyond those required by law.
We are not liable for losses caused by misuse, regulatory breaches by you, or downtime beyond our reasonable control.
We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.
